What we offer
In the same way that our thoughts and feelings affect our body’s biological responses, our physical body can affect our mental wellbeing. That’s why at Oak Om we aim to provide a space that brings together the mind and the body. A space where students have a choice of activities to benefit them best at any stage of life. Not all classes are ‘hot’, but the majority of classes make use of our beneficial Far Infrared Heating system during the colder months.
We offer various Yoga classes ranging from relaxing restorative through to the more active Vinyasa and Hot Yoga classes.
Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development. We offer a gentle Pilates class as well as a stronger core class.
We offer both dedicated classes and courses for Beginners, as well as offering a number of classes suitable for beginners.
A course of Yoga classes especially designed for those with restricted mobility. These classes will make use of chairs, walls and props to assist students to safely undertake their yoga practice.
Other happenings at the studio
We don’t just offer scheduled classes at the studio, but we are fortunate that many talented therapists are able to use the space in order to offer their amazing services. Here’s what else you can find at the studio and who you need to get in touch with.
