Online Classes & future pans

For online classes, Oak Om has created a YouTube channel featuring both pre-recorded and Live Classes.  The studio currently remains closed, although we hope to be able to bring small 1-2-1 sessions at the studio soon, as well as more online content. If social distancing remains, we will need to limit class sizes and run a reduced class schedule.

The studio

In the heart of Oakham Market Town, is our intimate and cosy studio welcoming all levels of students, where our instructors can check on alignment for maximum benefit from the sessions. Our studio is fitted with Far Infrared Radiant (FIR) Heaters to stimulate the immune, cardiovascular and lymphatic system.

Find us

We are situated in the centre of Oakham, Rutland, behind the Church of All Saints, next to Castle Cottage , on the footpath called Church Passage. Look for the little building behind the metal fencing. Find us through the gates… it’s nice and warm inside.

I’ve been to 3 hot yoga sessions in total so far, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm, my reason for going is largely because I have been off work with a recurring back problem which no osteopath , acupuncture or naproxen has been able to sort out. The stretching done in these sessions has massively helped and I would even go as far to say that at the moment my bad back is under control and I think it will be while I carry on doing this . The instructors are lovely and friendly and it’s really enjoyable and a great way to kick start your fitness for the year Highly recommend it Happy days
